國壽金融中心由國壽投資控股有限公司、中國人壽(601628,股吧)資產管理有限公司和遠洋集團控股有限公司聯合開發,由世界建筑師事務所SOM、北京市建筑設計研究院有限公司聯合設計,并由中建一局集團建設發展有限公司承建。項目總建筑面積16.2萬平方,建筑高度188.95米,樓體共44層高,具有39層高懸挑全維度鑒賞CBD花園。Z13項目在成立之初把“具性價比、受市場歡迎、早入市”作為開發理念,以“確保成為核心入市項目,爭取成為入市項目”作為經營目標,努力打造大廈和中國人壽不動產的示范項目,并以實用、舒適、運營經濟的宗旨貫穿始終。項目在已經取得LEED金級預認證的基礎上,目前正申請WELL健康建筑標準金級認證,以客戶界面為重,從空氣、水、營養、光、健身、舒適、精神七方面關注人體11大生理系統,打造中國LEED+WELL雙金級認證的健康智慧大廈,帶給用戶全新的品質體驗。中國人壽通過改善建筑環境推動人體健康及長壽的前瞻性投入。目前,大廈設計有低溫送風空調系統、垃圾收集系統、雙層呼吸式幕墻、高速電梯、智慧建筑運營管理平臺等高舒適性配置,對空氣品質保證、節能運行以及便捷服務提供了保障。

The Guoshou Financial Center is jointly developed by Guoshou Investment Holding Co., Ltd., China Life Insurance (601628, Geba) Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Sino Ocean Group Holdings Co., Ltd. It is jointly designed by world-class architect firm SOM and Beijing Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., and constructed by China Construction First Bureau Group Construction and Development Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is 162000 square meters, with a building height of 188.95 meters. The building has a total of 44 floors and a 39 story overhanging full dimensional appreciation CBD garden. At the beginning of its establishment, the Z13 project adopted the development concept of "cost-effective, popular in the market, and early entry", with the business goal of "ensuring to become a core entry project and striving to become an entry project". It strives to create an international first-class building and a demonstration project for China Life Insurance's real estate, and has always adhered to the principles of practicality, comfort, and economic operation. On the basis of obtaining LEED gold level pre certification, the project is currently applying for WELL health building standard gold level certification. Focusing on customer interface, the project focuses on the 11 physiological systems of the human body from seven aspects: air, water, nutrition, light, fitness, comfort, and spirit. It aims to create a Chinese LEED+WELL dual gold level certified health smart building, bringing users a brand new experience. China Life Insurance promotes forward-looking investment in human health and longevity by improving the building environment. At present, the building is designed with high comfort configurations such as a low-temperature air conditioning system, garbage collection system, double-layer breathing curtain wall, high-speed elevator, and smart building operation management platform, providing guarantees for air assurance, energy-saving operation, and convenient services.
